2. User Accounts
To access certain features of the platform, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

3. Course Content and Usage
When you enroll in a course, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course content for which you have paid all required fees, solely for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, create derivative works of, sublicense, or otherwise transfer or use any course content unless we give you explicit permission to do so in a written agreement signed by a EduHub authorized representative.

The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Site is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall EduHub or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on EduHub's website, even if EduHub or a EduHub authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
